We are trying to conceive and I know this may sound basic, but I am confused about whether quantity matters. Sometimes after sex fluid comes out and I worry it means less chance. Did anyone else think about this?
Its not really about ml yaar, even a small amount can lead to pregnancy. What matters more is the sperm count and quality, not the volume. A normal ejaculate is enough, the rest is timing with ovulation.
Honestly the quantity in ml isnt the deciding factor. It only takes one good sperm to fertilise the egg. Focus on the fertile window timing instead, thats what actually makes the difference.
There is no magic ml number. A normal amount has plenty of sperm and only one needs to reach the egg. If u r trying for a while without luck, a semen analysis from doctor tells u about count and quality, thats the useful info.
I wondered about this too when we started trying. My doctor said volume isnt the thing to worry about, its more about count and timing around ovulation. Made me feel less stressed honestly.
