I completely understand how stressful it is to balance work, house, and rest. Don't force yourself to do everything. Just lie down whenever your mind feels overwhelmed, mental rest is equally important.
Please rest as much as your body asks for, without any guilt! Your body is literally growing a whole human being, which is so tiring. I miss my pregnancy afternoon naps so much now.
Take plenty of rest, beta, especially in the afternoon. Sleep with a soft pillow under your feet and drink warm milk with almonds before sleeping to relax your body.

Aim for a good 8 hours of sleep at night and a short nap during the day if you can manage. You don't need to be in bed all day unless your doctor has specifically advised bed rest.
I used to panic if I stood in the kitchen for too long! I made sure to rest for 9-10 hours daily. Better safe than sorry, so just ask your gynac how much activity is safe for your body.
