How much should be the endometrial thickness for pregnancy?
We are trying since almost a year and my doc mentioned my lining is thin. matlab i want to understand what number is actually considered good for conceiving. anyone been told the same?
I think around 8mm to 11mm is considered very good for the baby to attach. I am also trying to understand these terms now. Wishing you all the best, hope you get good news soon!
I remember my doctor saying anything between 8mm and 12mm is perfect for a healthy pregnancy. Along with this, focusing on a healthy diet helps a lot. Try to eat fresh fruits and green veggies to keep your body healthy.
I was reading about this recently because we are planning too! Apparently, 8 to 11 mm is the sweet spot. Has anyone's doctor suggested any specific supplements to improve the thickness?
Honestly, I don't know the exact medical range, but in my case, the doctor said my lining was 'good' at around 9mm. Every body is different, so it's always best to let your gynecologist analyze your scan reports.
Having gone through IVF, I know how stressful checking these numbers can be. Ideally, doctors look for a thickness of 8mm or more, but even 7mm can sometimes work beautifully. Please try to stay calm and trust your medical team, they know best.
In my scans before pregnancy, my doctor mentioned it should ideally be above 8mm. Mine was around 9mm when we conceived. Don't worry too much about the numbers, just follow your doctor's advice.
