Just one sperm does the actual job, the rest are basically the supporting team. So even a small amount can lead to pregnancy, dont assume otherwise. If you are asking to avoid pregnancy, please use proper protection.
Technically it only takes one sperm to fertilise the egg, but millions are released so a few reach the goal. Quantity and quality both matter for chances. If you are trying for a while with no luck, a simple semen analysis can clear a lot of doubts.
