Trying to add more fruits and was wondering how much vitamin c is actually fine in a day, dont want to overdo it. Im in first trimester. how are you all getting yours, food or any supplement?
My doc said normal amounts from fruits and veggies are usually enough and good, like amla, oranges, lemon. She said dont take high dose supplements on your own. So I just ate citrus fruits daily and that was fine.
At home they gave me amla and lemon water for vitamin c, very natural way. I trusted that for daily needs. For any extra supplement I always asked the doctor first.
