Drinking at least 3 liters is so important. Trust me, keep this habit now because once you start breastfeeding, you will feel thirstier than ever before.
I know it's hard to gulp down water when you feel so bloated, but please try for 2-3 liters. Your body is doing so much work making that amniotic fluid, you're doing amazing!
