I'm around 7 weeks and honestly so confused about how much paani is enough. Some days I barely feel thirsty because of the nausea, dusre din I'm gulping bottles. Just want to know what's normal in these early weeks, anyone?
Haan, pani toh acche se peena chahiye abhi. At least 2-3 litres daily, glass count mat karo bas bottle paas rakho. Body me dehydration bilkul nahi hona chahiye na, toh thoda thoda karke peete raho.
I remember carrying a big 2-litre bottle everywhere during my first trimester, honestly felt like such a chore. Now that my little one is running around as a toddler, I realize how important that hydration actually was. Just keep sipping throughout the day, around 8-10 glasses is perfect, don't stress too much about exact numbers.
Arre basic rule is u should be visiting the washroom every hour! Seriously though, make water your best friend now because baby is literally swimming in it. Aim for 3 liters otherwise your body will start complaining soon.
Honestly, in early pregnancy I couldn't even keep plain water down because of bad vomiting. My doctor told me to try cold water or add a lemon slice to make it easier to sip. Just try to drink small sips throughout the day so u don't feel nauseous.
Drinking water is super important especially if you are keeping up with light physical activity. I do my daily walking only because my gynac allowed it, and I make sure to drink a glass of water before and after. Usually 2.5 to 3 liters is great to keep dehydration away.
