Im in second trimester now and the number on scale is going up faster than i expected, getting a bit worried honestly. Just want to know whats a normal range so i dont stress unnecessarily. What did ur gynac tell u?
With my first i gained 14, second one only 9, both babies were perfectly healthy. So dont fix urself on a number yaar. Eat properly, move a bit, let ur gynac guide the rest.
I used to weigh myself daily and panic, big mistake honestly. The weekly or monthly checkup number is what counts. As long as ur doctor is happy with the gain, you relax ok.
It really depends on ur starting weight and BMI. For most normal weight women its around 10-12 kg over the whole pregnancy, but ur gynac will tell u the right range for u. Dont compare with others.
I gained around 11 kg and tried to stay active with walks that my doc approved. Eating well is more important than dieting now. Just dont aim to lose, healthy gain is good for baby.
I had to watch my weight gain closely because of GD. The doctor tracked it every visit. Steady gain is what matters, not sudden jumps, so keep ur diet balanced and dont stress over the number.
