How much weight i should gain during pregnancy calculator?
Im 4 months in and gaining weight, doc didnt give me an exact number to aim for. Is there some calculator based on my starting weight that tells how much is normal? want to make sure im on track.
Haan na, these calculators make us so stressed! For me, my gynac said 10-12 kg is standard. Don't worry about gaining weight, it is natural during this time.
Focus on simple home-cooked food like dal, roti, and green veggies. As long as your monthly doctor checkups show normal baby growth, your own weight gain is perfectly fine.
I used to check these weight calculators everyday and cry thinking I was gaining too much. Please don't put yourself through that anxiety. Your doctor will tell you if anything is wrong.
Yeh online weight calculators side me rakho. Just consult your doctor because they track your weight based on your baby's growth. Khana healthy khao, double khaane ki zaroorat nahi hai.
Online calculators use general BMI which might not fit your specific body type. Your doctor is the best person to guide you on this depending on your scans and overall health.
Usually, 10 to 15 kg is the average range for a healthy pregnancy. Eat nutritious food, drink water, and let your doctor guide you during regular checkups. Take care!
Don't stress over calculators too much. Standard weight gain is 11-15 kg if your pre-pregnancy BMI was normal. Just focus on eating clean, protein-rich meals and stay active.
Personally, I gained 12 kg in my pregnancy without tracking anything on calculators. I just ate regular meals and walked daily. That worked best for me.
