How often should you have intercourse to conceive?
First month of properly trying and honestly we are a bit confused. Some say every alternate day, some say only during fertile days. Whats actually worked for you ladies?
We were also confused about this, someone told me every 2-3 days through the month keeps it relaxed and natural. I felt better not making it like a schedule with pressure.
Every other day around your fertile window is what worked for me both times. You dont need to do it daily, that just stresses everyone out. Track your ovulation and focus on those few days.
Dont overthink the counting na. Around ovulation, every couple of days is enough. My doctor said the obsessing over timing actually makes it harder, so just stay calm and let it happen.
I used an ovulation tracker app to find my fertile days and we focused on that 5-6 day window, alternate days. Took the guesswork out honestly, would recommend trying one.
