Second trimester and i feel hungry all the time but also dont want to overeat yaar. Confused whether to do 3 proper meals or small small ones through the day. How do u all manage your eating schedule?
Being at work I packed small snacks like nuts, fruit and a sandwich to nibble through the day. Didnt have time for big meals anyway. Small portions often kept me from getting weak.
With my bad morning sickness eating little and often was the only way I survived. An empty stomach made the nausea worse. Keep nuts, fruit or biscuits handy at all times honestly.
Small frequent meals work way better than 3 big ones, especially with nausea and acidity. I ate something light every 2 to 3 hours. Keeps energy steady and stops that empty stomach sick feeling.
