My MIL keeps saying papaya is a strict no during pregnancy but my cousin ate it and was totally fine. Im 10 weeks and honestly thoda confused now. Is it only raw papaya ya the ripe one also? pls share what u all heard.
Ghar pe toh meri sasu maa ne strict mana kiya tha starting se hi. Unka kehna tha ki papaya garam hota hai and baby ke liye safe nahi hai. Maine toh unki baat sunkar poore 9 months nahi khaya, risk kyu lena.
Arey, with two babies kicking inside me, I was always hungry but raw papaya was a big no-no. Fully ripe is technically fine, but honestly who has the energy to check if it's perfectly ripe? Maine toh replace hi kar diya apple aur pomegranate se, double double tension nahi chahiye thi!
Humares yahan toh bade buzurg kehte hain ki kacha papita bilkul nahi khana chahiye pregnancy mein. Isse pet mein dard ho sakta hai ya problem ho sakti hai. Aap apna dhyan rakho aur acche acche dusre fruits khao na.
Listen, don't stress too much. Just keep raw or semi-ripe papaya away from your plate completely because it can trigger contractions. Ripe is fine in small amounts, but if u want to be 100% stress-free, just avoid papaya till delivery. TC!
Sweetheart, when I was going through my IVF cycle, I was also super paranoid about this. Honestly, ripe papaya is sometimes said to be okay, but raw or semi-ripe papaya has latex which can cause contractions. Better to avoid it completely just to be safe and have peace of mind.
I totally understand how stressful every small food decision feels right now, I was in your shoes last year. I literally cried once because I accidentally ate a piece of papaya in a fruit chat. Don't worry, just avoid raw papaya and you'll be absolutely fine, focus on your beautiful journey.
Beta, pregnancy mein kacha ya adha paka papita khana bilkul thik nahi hota, usme latex hota hai jo nuksan kar sakta hai. Haan, agar paka hua papita thoda sa khao toh constipation mein help milti hai par pehle apne doctor se zaroor salah le lena.
