This might sound very basic but we just got married and im trying to actually understand the full process, not just the school book version. Like the whole thing from start. Pls explain in simple words yaar.
I was googling this exact thing when we started trying haha. The main thing I learned is timing around ovulation matters most, thats the fertile window.
Basically sperm fertilises the egg, then it implants in the uterus and your body starts making the pregnancy hormone. Thats also why test kits work, they detect that hormone. Hope that helps na.
Simply put, the egg releases around ovulation and if sperm meets it and fertilises, that fertilised egg travels and settles in the uterus. From there it grows. If you are actually planning, a gynac can explain your own cycle better.
