We just started trying this month and honestly i feel a bit clueless about the whole timing thing. Like how does it actually happen, which days matter. Sorry if its a basic question, first time and no one to ask properly.
If you mean trying to conceive, basically tracking your fertile days around ovulation helps a lot. I used a simple period app to know my window. Give it a few cycles, dont stress in one month.
Pregnancy happens around ovulation, usually mid cycle. Keep your dates noted, eat well, take folic acid if planning. And dont panic if it doesnt happen first try, totally normal.
I was confused about the same thing when we started trying. The simple answer is timing it around your ovulation days each month. Maybe talk to a gynac once, they explain it nicely without making you uncomfortable.
Take it easy dear. When you are trying, your fertile days matter most, roughly the middle of your cycle. My amma always said relax and let it happen, but a doctor visit before planning is good too.
