first pregnancy here, around 7 weeks. getting these mild pulling type cramps on and off and i keep panicking everytime. just want to know how bad is normal vs when should i actually worry. pls share what urs felt like
Most cramps are just your body adjusting, nothing to fear beta. Lie down, drink water, see if it eases. If it stays strong or feels different, get the doctor to check, okay?
Mild cramping is normal, especially early on, it's just the uterus stretching. Feels like light period cramps. But if cramps are sharp, with bleeding or one sided, call your doctor right away.
I panicked over cramps in my first trimester and rushed to the doctor, turned out totally normal round ligament stuff. So mild cramps usually fine. Strong or with blood, then go get checked.
Cramps vary a lot person to person. Light ones come and go, a warm (not hot) bottle and rest helps. The red flag is severe pain, fever, or bleeding, then please don't wait, call gynac.
I get these dull pulling cramps sometimes and it scared me. Did anyone else feel that? My gynac said mild stretching pain is okay. Just want to know it's normal honestly.
