How soon after intercourse can you feel pregnancy symptoms?

This might sound silly but its only been a few days and im already feeling something, little crampy and moody. We are hoping to conceive. Is it even possible to feel anything this early or is my mind just playing tricks?

Honestly I drove myself mad analysing every twinge the same week, every cramp felt like a sign. But truthfully nothing shows that fast. Wait it out and test properly, I know the waiting is the hardest part.

My gynac explained symptoms usually start around or after the missed period, because that's when hormones rise enough. Implantation itself takes about a week or so. So feeling stuff a day or two after is mostly in our head, the body needs time.

Realistically you won't feel anything for at least 1-2 weeks. First time I noticed missed period and tiredness, second time it was nausea around 5-6 weeks. Don't read into every little thing right after, test once period is late.
