I lost my pregnancy last month at around 7 weeks and im still healing emotionally. We really want to try again but everyone in the family is saying different things, some say wait some say no hurry. Anyone who has been through this, how long did you wait?
I went through this and please be gentle with yourself, both body and heart need time. My doctor advised waiting a cycle or two before trying again in my case. Everyone is different though, so do follow what your own gynac says, dont rush.
I totally understand how much you must be aching right now, sending you a big hug. Give yourself time to heal emotionally too, not just physically. When you and your doctor feel ready, you can try again, there is hope.
My gynac said many women can try again after one or two normal cycles, but it depends on the type and how far along it was. She wanted to make sure my reports were clear first. So the right timing really is a doctor's call for your situation.
