I'm still pregnant in my 3rd trimester and honestly, enjoying this period-free life while it lasts! Not looking forward to managing pads and a newborn together, haha.
After my previous loss, my body took a long time to normalize. Please give yourself time, and if it doesn't return even after you stop breastfeeding, definitely talk to your doctor.
Getting your body back to normal is such an emotional journey. My periods returned around 10 months postpartum and honestly I felt so relieved, like my body was finally mine again.
