My breasts started feeling sore before my missed period and I am wondering if it can be an early sign. It also happens before periods, so I cannot tell the difference. When did tenderness start for you?
Beta mine started very early, even before I knew I was pregnant. They felt heavy and sore. A soft cotton bra gave me comfort. Its a sweet little early sign, nothing to worry about.
Pretty early, usually within a couple weeks of conceiving, sometimes even before the period is due. Hormones kick in fast. Both my pregnancies the sore breasts showed up before anything else.

My gynac said tenderness can begin as early as one to two weeks after conception because of the rising hormones, often before you even miss a period. Its one of the first body changes. Eases for many once the body adjusts in the second trimester.
For me it was one of the earliest signs, I felt the soreness even before my missed period, maybe around a week or so after. It was so tender I noticed it putting on a bra. Thats actually what made me test.
