I am in my two week wait and every morning I feel like testing, but I dont want to waste kits. Period is still 3-4 days away. How early did you get a proper line?
Actually those early-result kits claim 5-6 days before period but they are not reliable yaar. I got a faint line, freaked out, retested after 4 days and it was solid. Just wait a little.
My gynac told me the home kits detect hCG which rises after implantation, so anything before missed period can miss it. She said morning urine after a missed period is most accurate. Blood test at the clinic can pick it up a bit earlier if u really want to know fast.
Honestly dont keep testing every single day, it only makes u anxious and wastes kits. Give it till your period is late by atleast a day or two, then test with first morning pee.
Best to wait till your period is actually late, that gives the clearest result. Testing too early just gives faint lines and tension. With both my kids I tested on day 1 of missed period and it showed clearly.
I was so impatient i tested like 3 days before my period was due and it was negative, then 2 days later positive! so dont panic if first one is negative na, just wait few more days.
