How soon do you get pregnancy symptoms after ovulation?
Im in the dreaded two week wait and analysing every little feeling lol. Matlab how many days after ovulation did the symptoms actually start for you? trying not to get my hopes too high.
I started feeling thoda fatigue and a bit of smell sensitivity around two weeks after ovulation, just when my period was due. I was staying at my mom's place and she immediately guessed it from my tired face!
From my experience, actual symptoms like mild cramping or nausea started only after implantation, which is about 10-12 days after ovulation. Before that, it's mostly just regular progesterone at work.
Haha, back then I thought my mild headache at 5 DPO was a symptom! Honestly, real symptoms like morning sickness didn't kick in until week 6. Now in my 3rd trimester, I miss those symptom-free days!
Oh, I was tracking my symptoms every single hour after ovulation! For me, thoda breast tenderness started around 10 days after ovulation, but I was constantly worried if it was just PMS. Try not to overthink it, although I know it's so hard!
Arre, don't start checking for symptoms from day one itself. Most women don't feel a thing until at least 10 to 14 days after ovulation when the period is missed. Just stay busy and do a test when your period is delayed.
For me, a missed period was the first real sign, but I did have some light cramping around 10 days after ovulation. Stay positive and relaxed, your body will let you know when the time is right.
