How soon do you notice breast changes in pregnancy?

I think im around 4-5 weeks (test just came positive) and my breasts already feel sore and kind of heavy. Is it normal this early or am i imagining it? curious when others started feeling it.

Breast tenderness is often one of the earliest signs, sometimes within the first couple weeks. They get fuller and more sensitive due to hormones. A comfy supportive bra makes a big difference.

For me it was super early, even before my missed period I felt them sore and heavy. That was actually my first hint I was pregnant. Everyone is different but mine showed up really fast.
