How soon pregnancy can be detected after intercourse?

We are trying since a couple months and im getting impatient haha. After being with my husband, how many days till a test can actually show something? I keep wanting to test the very next morning which I know is silly. Pls share when you got ur positive.

My doctor said hcg only rises after implantation, which is roughly a week or more later, so testing right after is pointless. A home test works best after ur missed period. A blood test can catch it a few days earlier.

I used to test way too early out of anxiety and drive myself mad with one line. Learnt the hard way to wait for the missed period. Save urself the stress and just wait it out.

Dont test the next day or two, it wont show. Wait till ur period is due or a day after. Testing too soon just gives false negatives and stress.
