We have been trying this month and im super impatient to know. My period is still a few days away but i feel like testing already. When did u all test and get a clear result?
I was so impatient i tested 5 days before my date and it was negative, then turned positive after the date. So yeah waiting till missed period really matters. Dont torture yourself testing daily like i did.
Best to wait till your period is at least a day or two late, then test with first morning urine. Testing too early gives faint or false negatives. I tested early once and got a wrong negative, learnt my lesson.
Ideally after your missed period for an accurate result. Morning urine has the most hormone so do it then. If its still very early and negative but you feel pregnant, retest after 3 to 4 days.
A home test is most reliable a day or two after a missed period. If you get a positive, follow it up with a blood test or gynac visit to confirm properly. Early testing just leads to confusion honestly.
