I think im very early, maybe just few weeks. My lower tummy feels kind of heavy and a bit crampy on and off. Trying to figure out if this is normal early pregnancy feeling. How did it feel for u in the start?

Early on its often just bloating, mild cramps and a fullness feeling, very like premenstrual. Nothing dramatic for most. But sharp pain or heavy bleeding is different, that you should report to your gynac.
I felt a mild heaviness and slight cramping low in my belly early on, almost like period was coming but it never did. Some bloating too. It felt strange and new, but it was all normal in my case.
Light cramps and bloating are very common in the start dear, dont be scared. Just rest and stay hydrated. Anything sharp or with bleeding, tell your doctor.
