Doc gave me this for an itching problem down there, im 19 weeks. just confused how much n how often to put it, the tube has so little info. anyone used it while pregnant?
I wont tell you how to use any cream during pregnancy, that part I always left to my doctor. When I had itching down there she checked and told me exactly what and how much to apply. Please ask your gynac before using candid b, dont self apply.
Honestly the safest thing is to confirm with your gynac before applying. Some creams are fine in pregnancy and some are not depending on where and how long. Doctor advice is really best here rather than guessing the application.
When I had this issue my mom kept suggesting home stuff but I trusted my doctor on the cream part. She told me how thin a layer and how many days, very specific. Please just call your gynac, na, they will guide you properly.
Be a little careful with creams in pregnancy, especially the steroid ones. I would really say show the area to your gynac first and let her decide if candid b is okay for you. Self treating an infection can sometimes make it worse.
