7 months mein hu and my kamar is killing me by evening, especially after sitting. Cant take anything obviously. What helped u guys, any sleeping position ya support?
I had terrible back pain, but the physiotherapists at my hospital were amazing. They showed me the correct sitting posture and suggested a pregnancy pillow. Definitely ask your doctor or the hospital staff for safe stretches during your next visit.
Behan, jyada der ek jagah mat baitho aur bed se uthte waqt hamesha karwat lekar utho. Halka garm tel se massage karwa sakti ho ghar pe, bahut aaram milega. Jyada jhukne wala kaam mat karna bilkul bhi.
Between dealing with constant vomiting and back pain, I was exhausted! What worked for me was using a warm hot water bag on my back and sleeping on my side. Just don't use very hot water, keep it mild and comfortable.
My mother suggested sitting with a small pillow behind my back, which really helped. Also, I always checked with my doctor before doing any stretching exercises. Please avoid sitting in one place for too long and wear flat, supportive footwear.
My MIL made sure I didn't lift any heavy buckets or bend down suddenly, which actually saved my back! Try to sleep on your side with a pillow between your knees. It gives so much relief to the lower back.
Back pain is very common as the baby grows, but please be very careful. Avoid bending forward and never lift heavy things. If the back pain is very sudden, severe, or comes with cramping, please contact your doctor immediately to be safe.
