Im 6 months along and the lower back pain is getting worse every week, sitting at work is becoming so hard. I dont want to keep popping anything for it. Any tips that actually worked for you ladies? pls share.
Gentle prenatal yoga and short walks really helped my back, but only after my doctor cleared me to do them. Good posture and not slouching made a big difference too. A pillow between my knees while sleeping was a game changer.
Sitting at work was killing my back, so I kept a small cushion behind me and took short standing breaks every hour. A warm compress in the evening helped me relax. Comfortable flat footwear also mattered more than I expected.
Watch your posture, avoid standing too long, and use a pillow to support your back when sitting. I slept on my side with a pillow between my legs and it really eased the pain. Dont lift heavy things, that makes it worse.
