Eat smaller meals more often instead of big ones, and chew slowly. Cut down on fizzy drinks and very gassy foods. Walking a little after meals really helped my bloating.
Beta, a little ajwain or jeera water used to ease my gas back then. Eat slowly and don't gulp food. If it's very painful though, do mention to your doctor.
Bloating was so uncomfortable alongside my nausea. Drinking water through the day and avoiding heavy fried food helped me. Saunf water after meals was soothing too.
