Yaar this bloating is killing me, im only 6 weeks but my stomach feels so full and gassy all the time. Sometimes its uncomfortable after every meal. what did you do to feel better? any food tips?
Drink lots of water and eat enough fibre so you dont get constipated, that makes bloating worse. Smaller meals, less fried stuff, and a short walk after eating. Worked for me both times.
Beta jeera water or ajwain water ghar pe is great for gas, my mother always gave it to me. Eat warm light food and chew slowly. If the bloating is very painful though, do mention it to ur doctor na.
Bloating was bad for me early on along with the nausea. Eating small frequent meals slowly instead of big ones helped the most. Avoid fizzy drinks and very gassy foods, and walk a little after eating.
