Honestly the bloating is worse than i imagined. After every meal i feel so full and gassy, its really uncomfortable na. im in first trimester. What did you all do to feel a bit lighter? pls share any tips.
I used to sip warm jeera water and it eased the gas nicely. Drinking enough water and not gulping food too fast also helped. But if the bloating comes with bad pain, do tell your gynac.
Sitting all day at work made mine worse honestly. I started taking short walks every couple of hours and avoided gassy foods like too much rajma. Small changes, big relief.
Bloating was my constant companion ugh. Eating smaller meals more often instead of big ones helped me so much. Also slow walking after meals and cutting down on fried stuff made a real difference.
