My sister had high bp in her last pregnancy and it scared everyone. Im in my second trimester now and want to be careful from start itself. Is there anything in diet or lifestyle that helps keep it normal?
Staying active with light walks if doc allows, cutting down on salty packaged food, and good sleep all help. But genuinely the best prevention is regular bp checks at your appointments.
I developed high bp in my third trimester so please take your checkups seriously. Low salt, rest and managing stress helped, but the regular monitoring by my gynac caught it early. Dont skip appointments yaar.
