Already noticing changes and im only halfway through. A bit conscious about it honestly. did anything help you, like the right bra or some care routine? would love some real tips.
Beta, focus on a properly fitted supportive bra and stay hydrated for skin health. A little change is completely normal and nothing to feel bad about, every mom's body shifts a bit. Be kind to yourself through it.
A good supportive bra is the biggest help, wear one even at home and a soft one to sleep in. The breasts grow fast and gravity does the rest, so support matters. Some sagging is natural though, don't be too hard on yourself.
Keeping a good posture really helps, I caught myself slouching a lot. My doctor okayed light upper body and chest exercises for me which support the muscles. Ask ur doctor first before starting any of that though.
I was worried about this too, especially with feeding later. Wearing well-fitted nursing bras and gently moisturising the skin helped me feel better about it. Honestly some change is normal after pregnancy and feeding, and that's okay.
