At my last scan baby was in breech position, im 30 weeks now. Doc said abhi time hai it can turn but im a little tensed. Is there anything I can do at home to help baccha turn? pls share if anyone went through this.
Beta, baby toh apne hisaab se hi ghumta hai pet mein! Hum bas dhyan rakh sakte hain. Doctor jo bole wo karna, aur mann mein achhe vichaar rakhna. Kabhi-kabhi bacche last minute bhi palat jaate hain.
Haan ji, breech position can be stressful to hear about, I know. With my PCOS, I always felt like I needed to be extra careful. There are some exercises and positions that are sometimes recommended, but honestly, every pregnancy is different. Pls discuss with your gynac, don't try anything without their green light.
Many apps and trackers talk about specific exercises that *might* help, like pelvic tilts or inversions, but they always stress doing them under supervision or after consulting your doctor. A lot depends on when you are in your pregnancy and the exact reason for the breech. Your doc will have the best plan for you.
Look, you can't really 'avoid' it with certainty. Babies move as they please. What you *can* do is talk to your doctor about positions like inversions or specific exercises. If it persists, they might suggest an ECV or discuss C-section options. Don't waste time on anecdotal remedies; stick to medical advice.
Just keep your thoughts positive and take good care of yourself. Sometimes these things are just how they are, and our little ones find their own way. Do what your doctor says, eat well, and relax. Everything will be fine, God willing.
Namaste, it's natural to worry about these things. In our family, elders often suggest certain gentle exercises or positions, but honestly, the most important thing is to follow your doctor's advice. They will monitor the baby's position and guide you best, maybe with some specific techniques.
Honestly, a lot of it is just how the baby decides to be! But you can ask your doc about external cephalic version (ECV) if it comes to that, or specific stretches. Don't stress too much trying to force it; just follow medical advice. Time management is key, don't waste it on unproven methods.
