Im in my second trimester and getting these cramps in my lower pet on and off. Not severe but uncomfortable enough that i cant sleep properly. How do u all manage these? any small tips?
Hey, don't stress too much, mild cramping is totally normal as your uterus stretches. Just drink loads of water and keep your legs elevated when resting. But if they get too sharp, call your gynac.
Looking back, those early cramps used to scare me so much. But it was just my body making space for my little one. Keep your doctor informed, drink warm milk, and rest well.
Just keep a calm mind and pray, dear. Gentle warm water compresses and keeping yourself hydrated will help ease the tension. God bless you with a smooth journey.
I am planning soon and taking notes on how to handle cramps. I've read that staying hydrated and doing light stretches helps. Hope you get some relief soon!
