Im in my 3rd trimester and lately i just feel low all the time, cry over small things. The hormones plus being mostly home is getting to me. how did u all cope, pls share something that actually helped.
If the low feelings are heavy or lasting, please dont brush it off, tell your gynac. They take mental health seriously and can help or refer you. There is no shame in reaching out early.
Some quiet time, prayer and gentle music kept me grounded on hard days. Be gentle with yourself and let go of pressure to feel happy all the time. Take care of your mind as much as your body.
First, whatever you are feeling is real and valid, pregnancy hormones can hit hard. I struggled too and talking about it openly helped more than hiding it. Please dont feel weak asking your doctor for support, mine made a real difference for me.
Staying close to my mom during pregnancy really lifted my mood, just having someone to talk to daily. If you can, surround yourself with people who comfort you. You dont have to go through low days alone.
