How to avoid early miscarriage or chemical pregnancy?
We lost a very early pregnancy last time and im honestly scared to try again. This cycle the test is faintly positive and im so worried about the same thing happening. what did you all do to take care in the very early days?
We are also planning and I read so much about this. I started folic acid before even conceiving on my doctor's advice. It made me feel like I'm doing my bit. Wishing you a healthy pregnancy soon.
I had an early loss before and it broke me. What my doctor stressed was getting any underlying issue checked like thyroid and proper folic acid intake. Beyond that, a lot is just out of our hands. Sending you so much love, take care of your heart too.
Do all the basic care, good food, rest, vitamins and doctor checkups, and then try to keep your mind calm. So much of it is not in our hands, and worrying too much also isnt good. Take care and stay hopeful.
My doctor told me most chemical pregnancies are genetic and not preventable, so dont blame yourself. But she said good things to do are start folic acid before conceiving, avoid smoking and alcohol, manage thyroid or sugar if any, and reduce stress. Stay in touch with your gynac.
I know how heavy this question feels, I've been there. Truth is many early losses happen due to chromosome reasons that nobody can control, its not your fault. What helps is taking your folic acid, eating well, rest and regular doctor visits. Be gentle with yourself.
With my PCOS I was anxious about this too. I wont pretend I have a magic answer. Getting your hormones and sugar in check before trying really matters, and folic acid from before. Please do this with your gynac guiding you, not alone.
Beta, take it easy on yourself first. Eat healthy, sleep enough, take your prescribed vitamins and avoid heavy stress and overexertion. Most early losses are not something you did wrong. Stay regular with your doctor and trust the process.
