The constipation has been so bad lately and now its starting to hurt down there, im scared it might turn into fissures. Im in my third trimester. How do you all prevent this, pls share.
Keeping regular and soft motions is everything here. With my diet limits I focused on fibre rich veggies, salads and plenty of water, and that kept constipation away. Whatever fibre foods you add, just keep them within what your doctor advised for you.
Soft motion rakhna important hai na. Paani khoob piyo, fruits aur fibre khao, aur toilet mein zor mat lagao. Agar already takleef ho rahi hai toh doctor se ek baar safe cream pooch lo, ho na.
Main thing is dont let yourself get constipated, that's what causes most of it. Lots of water, fibre, fruits, soaked figs and isabgol if your doctor allows. Dont strain in the loo. If you already have a painful fissure, tell your gynac, dont just bear it.
Beta the key is soft motions. In our home we ate more papaya, soaked raisins and lots of water to keep things easy. A warm sitz bath also gives relief. But if there's bleeding or a lot of pain, please show the doctor, dont manage quietly.
Prevention is mostly about avoiding constipation, so fibre and water daily. If you already have one and it's painful or bleeding, please dont use random creams from the shop, ask your gynac what's safe in pregnancy. Mine guided me on a safe option.
