Office me mai apne paas dry fruits aur ek paani ki bottle rakhti thi. Lambe time tak khade mat raho, beech beech me baith jao. Chakkar aaye toh foran baith ke sar neeche karo.
Low BP me sabse important hai paani aur khana. Mai dono pregnancy me thoda thoda har 2 ghante kuch khaati thi aur khoob paani peeti thi. Achanak se mat utho bistar se, dheere uthna warna chakkar aata hai.
Agar baar baar chakkar aa rahe hai ya aankhon ke aage andhera ho raha hai toh isko light mat lo, gynac ko batao. Kabhi gir na jao isliye careful raho, mai is wajah se ek baar gir gayi thi.
Amma kehti thi subah uthte hi thoda kuch kha lo, khaali pet pressure gir jaata hai. Coconut water bhi achha rehta hai. Par jo doctor diet bole wo zaroor follow karo.
Mera BP first trimester me kaafi low rehta tha kyunki ulti se kuch ander hi nahi rukta tha. Nimbu paani aur thoda namak wala drink help karta tha. Tum khaali pet bilkul mat raho.
