How to avoid nausea and vomiting during pregnancy?
9 weeks and the vomiting is killing me, cant even keep water down some mornings. I dont wanna take anything without asking gynac but in the meantime what worked for u all? ginger, lemon kuch bhi? pls share ur tips.
Morning sickness is very common, dear, affecting many of us. Try to eat small, bland snacks like biscuits or toast before even getting out of bed. Ginger in any form (tea, candy) is often helpful. Avoid trigger smells and rich, fatty foods. Keep sipping water.
Oh, I feel you, I had terrible morning sickness for months! It's so draining. Try eating something small every 2 hours, even if it's just a few almonds or a piece of fruit. Also, strong smells were my enemy, so keep your environment fresh. Hope it gets better soon!
Oh god, the nausea! I was so anxious about every little thing, and morning sickness just made it worse. What helped me a bit was eating small, frequent meals, and keeping some crackers by my bed. Don't let it stress you out too much, it usually gets better after the first trimester.
Ugh, the worst feeling ever, I know! What worked for me was munching on some dry toast or crackers right when I woke up, before even getting out of bed. And seriously, don't stress too much about it, it's temporary, you're doing great!
Avoid nausea? Is that even possible, haha! Seriously though, it was a battle. I found that sour candies and lemon water helped a bit. And not letting my stomach get totally empty. Good luck, you're almost there!
While many suggest home remedies, if your nausea and vomiting are very severe, leading to dehydration or weight loss, you must immediately check with your gynac. There are safe medications they can prescribe. Don't self-medicate or ignore serious symptoms.
Honestly, completely avoiding it is tough, but you can manage it. Try bland foods, ginger ale or ginger tea. Small, frequent meals are key. Also, stay hydrated. It's a phase, it will pass.
Nausea can be really bad. While it's usually just pregnancy hormones, if it's very severe or persistent, always talk to your gynac. My thyroid issues during pregnancy made me feel extra sick sometimes, so it's good to keep up with all your doctor check-ups.
Ho na, nausea bahut difficult hota hai. Thoda thoda khao har do ghante mein. Aur ginger tea try karo, mujhe toh bahut relief mila tha. Bas zyada khaali pet mat raho, aur zyada oily food avoid karo.
