Noticing a lot of changes already in second trimester and got a bit conscious about this. Maybe its silly to worry but still want to take care of myself. Any tips from the experienced mommas here?
A good supportive bra made the biggest difference for me, I wore one through pregnancy and feeding. Some change in shape is natural and nothing to feel bad about, our bodies do so much. Moisturising and gentle care helped me feel better about it.
Honestly some change is unavoidable, it is normal after two pregnancies for me. A well fitted support bra, staying hydrated and keeping skin moisturised all help. Dont chase miracle fixes, just take care and be kind to yourself.
My doctor okayed gentle upper body and posture exercises which helped tone the area a bit. Good posture genuinely makes a difference too. Only do any exercise if your gynac has cleared it for you though.
