Oh god, with twins, my morning sickness was double trouble! I practically lived on ginger candies and plain toast. Keep some snacks handy like rusks or dry fruits. And sometimes just fresh air helps, like standing near a window. Don't aim for zero vomiting, just try to reduce it!
For mild nausea and vomiting, some home remedies can be quite effective. I found ginger tea or plain crackers helpful. Also, try to eat small, bland meals frequently. But if your vomiting is severe or you can't keep anything down, pls consult your gynac right away, dehydration is not good.
Ho na, morning sickness is so hard to deal with! Try having small, frequent meals throughout the day. And keep some dry biscuits or crackers next to your bed to eat before even getting up. Adrak wali chai bhi bahut help karti hai, but thoda light banana.
Oh, I totally understand how difficult it is to constantly feel sick and vomit. It can really take a toll on you. My heart goes out to you. Please try sipping on some lukewarm water and maybe some mint tea. It helps to calm the stomach a bit, and remember you're doing amazing!
Beta, take care of yourself. My nani always used to say to drink nimbu paani slowly. And don't eat anything oily or spicy. Simple daal-chawal, roti-sabzi is best. And try to rest as much as you can. It will pass, don't worry.
My dear, I remember those days so well, it feels like ages ago but the discomfort is so real. What really helped me was sipping on plain water with a slice of lemon. Also, try to avoid strong smells, some perfumes or cooking smells can trigger it instantly.
