I feel tired most days and then feel bad that I am lying down too much. I am 19 weeks and want to stay active without overdoing. What small routines helped you?
I found that simple walks everyday made a huge difference. Also, prenatal yoga or just light stretching helped me stay flexible and strong. It really contributed to my normal delivery. Just listen to your body and don't push yourself too hard.
Haan yaar, active rehna bahut zaroori hai. Ghar ke chhote-mote kaam karte raho, walk pe jao thodi der. Jyada heavy lifting mat karna, bas body ko move karte rehna. Helps a lot, haan na?
Active? LOL. Right now, getting off the sofa feels like a marathon! But honestly, even a slow 15-minute walk helps with the swelling and stiffness. And bouncing on a birthing ball while watching Netflix counts, right? My gynac said light movement is key.
Being active... hmm, apart from walking to the fridge for my cravings, I tried prenatal yoga! 😂 Seriously though, even short walks after meals help a lot. And it helps digest all the yummy food too!
Oh, I just delivered a few months ago, and staying active really helped with recovery. I used to do brisk walks in the park, and some basic stretches my doc recommended. It made me feel so much better mentally too, not just physically. But always consult your gynac first!
