Im 5 months along and getting a bit uncomfortable down there, thinking of getting a wax done before things get harder to manage. Just wondering if its fine in pregnancy and how others manage it as the bump grows. Anyone done it at this stage?
Waxing is generally fine in pregnancy, skin just becomes more sensitive. Keep hygiene strict to avoid any infection. If you have any complication, just run it by your gynac.
Honestly by the third trimester I couldnt even see down there, so the parlour lady earned her money haha. Its fine to do, just be ready for it to feel a bit more ouch than usual.
I did normal waxing till quite late, just got more sensitive so it stung a bit more. Use a clean place and a gentle person who does it. If you have any skin issues or veins there, mention to your doc first.
