We've been trying since almost 6 months now and nothing yet. Tracking my ovulation days but still no luck, getting a little disheartened honestly. Anything that worked for you ladies, diet ya lifestyle wise? pls share.
Most important thing is dont turn it into a stressful project, that backfires. Eat well, stay active, track your days and relax. If nothing after a year of trying, then see a doctor, no rush before that.
I used an ovulation tracker app and also LH strips to catch my fertile window. Honestly it took the guesswork out completely. Combine that with healthy food and you give yourself a good shot.
With my PCOS it took longer so I dont want to oversimplify it. Regular cycles and weight management really helped me. If your periods are irregular, get checked early instead of waiting.
We just started trying and I was a bit lost about all this. This thread is helpful, thank you. I think I will start the folic acid and tracking like you all said.
Track your ovulation and time it around the fertile days, that made the difference for us. Cut down stress, sleep well and eat properly. Folic acid before trying is a must, my gynac insisted on it.
