How to calculate current pregnancy week?

Honestly im so confused with this LMP thing. My last period dates are a bit irregular so i never know which week im in exactly. How do u all figure it out?

It's quite simple, just calculate from the first day of your LMP. The dating scan at 8-10 weeks will also give you the exact week.

Honestly, the easiest way is to check your clinic's patient portal or ask the nurse. My hospital app automatically updated my pregnancy weeks based on the first scan.
