How to calculate my pregnancy week and month?

Just got my positive and the doctor said something in weeks but everyone at home keeps asking which month. I get so confused converting weeks to months honestly. How do u all keep track?

Count from the first day of your last period. Every 4 weeks is roughly a month, total around 40 weeks. The dating scan also tells you exactly. I just relied on what my gynac wrote each visit.

I just entered my last period date in a pregnancy app and it showed my week and month automatically, super easy. Weeks count from your LMP. Apps update it daily which I loved honestly.

Beta the doctor told me my weeks at every checkup, so I didnt have to calculate much. You can just ask your gynac and she will tell. Simple.
