Newly pregnant and im so lost with all this week and trimester counting. My gynac said im 9 weeks but i dont get which trimester that falls in. Can someone explain how it works simply?
Maine ek pregnancy app daal li thi, LMP date enter karte hi automatically week aur trimester bata deta hai. Bahut easy ho gaya tha track karna. Roughly 3-3 mahine ke teen trimester hote hai, app sab calculate kar deta.
Main bhi abhi seekh rahi hu ye sab! Mujhe LMP ka concept pehle samajh nahi aaya tha. Doctor ke first scan ke baad sab clear ho gaya, woh exact week bata dete hai.
Simple hai, apne last period ke pehle din se gino. 12 week tak first, 13 se 27 tak second, uske baad third trimester. Due date bhi LMP se +40 weeks hota hai. Doctor scan pe confirm kar dete hai.
Doc ne mujhe samjhaya tha ki pregnancy 40 weeks ki hoti hai aur last period ki date (LMP) se count karte hai. First trimester week 1-12, second 13-27, third 28 se delivery tak. Agar period date yaad nahi to ultrasound se dating karte hai.
