Pregnancy mein care karna bohot simple hai—acha khao, khush raho aur daily thoda walk karo. Mera baby ab 2 saal ka hai aur main bas yahi simple cheezein karti thi. Bilkul load mat lo, sab ache se ho jayega!
Jab main pregnant thi, mujhe har choti baat pe rona aata tha aur main bohot emotional feel karti thi. Mere doctor ne bola tha ki man ko shaant rakhna aur khush rehna sabse badi care hai. Apne feelings ko share karo aur achi books padho.
Haan na, pregnancy mein sabse zaroori hai ki aap healthy khana khao aur time pe medicines lo. Thoda dahi, fruits aur ghar ka simple khana khao. Aur haan, stress bilkul nahi lena hai, thik hai na?
Abhi jitna ho sake so lo, sach bol rahi hoon! Apne khane mein ghee, doodh aur dry fruits shamil karo aur din mein thoda aaram zaroori hai, kyunki baby aane ke baad toh sone ka bilkul time nahi milega!
Khane ke sath-sath active rehna bhi zaroori hai. Main apne doctor ke permission ke baad daily 30 minutes simple walking aur halka yoga karti hoon, isse back pain nahi hota. Par haan, koi bhi exercise doctor se pooch kar hi start karna.
