How to check baby weight during pregnancy at home?
My next scan is still 3 weeks away and im so curious about baccha ka weight. is there any way to get a rough idea ghar pe or do we only know from the sonography? just impatient i guess.
My mother used to look at my belly shape and try to guess if the baby is growing well, which is a lovely old tradition. But for the real baby weight, I only trusted my doctor's regular growth scans. Please don't try any home calculations, just go for your checkups regularly.
Hey, listen to me, there is actually no proper way to check the baby's exact weight at home, only your doctor can tell via ultrasound. So don't stress too much about tracking this daily, sweetie. Just eat healthy, stay happy, and let the gynac handle the measurements!
You really can't check the baby's weight at home, only the ultrasound doctor can calculate that. I used to worry about baby weight constantly, and even ended up with a C-section later because of position issues, but my baby was born perfectly healthy. Just focus on your health and rest up, the weight will be fine.
According to doctors, there is no medical method to accurately determine fetal weight at home. The fundal height measurement done by a doctor or midwife can give a rough estimate of gestational age, but only an ultrasound uses specific formulas based on head circumference and femur length to estimate weight. So it's best to wait for your scheduled scans.
Please don't worry about trying to measure the baby's weight yourself. As long as you are feeling good and your doctor says everything is fine in your scans, your baby is doing wonderfully.
There's no way to track baby weight at home, so it's best to leave that to the doctor's ultrasound. What we can do is keep ourselves active to support baby's healthy growth. I made sure to do light prenatal yoga and daily 30-minute walks only after my doctor cleared it, which really helped keep my energy and baby's progress on track.
Honestly yaar, there is no home machine for this. You can only track your own weight on a normal weighing scale, which doesn't directly tell you baby's weight anyway. Actually, just wait for your regular sonography scans because that's the only accurate way.
I remember googling this constantly when I was pregnant, thinking my bump looked too small! My toddler is now running around making a mess, and looking back, I realize how much unnecessary stress I took over those numbers. Just trust your gynac and enjoy this peaceful time before the chaos starts!
